FFA members know that the best way to learn is to do. The Ohio FFA Works program was created for FFA members who prefer to continue to learn by doing after graduation.

Inspired by the RISE FFA Career Program developed in coordination with Sunrise Cooperative, the Ohio FFA Foundation has partnered with various companies to offer even more agricultural employment opportunities to current, dues-paying FFA members.

Graduating seniors and recent graduates looking to earn a competitive wage close to home, learn in a hands-on environment, and jump-start their careers should apply for these full-time positions. Current dues-paying Ohio FFA members will be able to apply to multiple outstanding employment opportunities through one application. 

Program Timeline

• Sept. 1, 2024: All 2024-2025 Ohio FFA Partners enrolled

• Fall 2024 - Spring 2025: Program and job opportunities promoted

• Jan. 1 - March 14, 2025: FFA member application opens

• March 21, 2025: Companies receive applicants and top match candidates

• March 21 - April 14, 2025: Companies interview candidates and extend offers

• April 17, 2025: Companies report hired students to the Ohio FFA Foundation and can begin work

• May 2025: Hired FFA members recognized at the Ohio FFA Convention
