Looking to hire recent high school graduates for full time employment? Ohio FFA Works is the hiring solution you’ve been looking for. Forty-four percent of graduating Ohio FFA members are looking to enter the workforce immediately following graduation. We’ll bring these talented candidates directly to you.

Enrollment

Company enrollment for the 2023-24 school year is currently closed. To learn more and/or express interest in future enrollment, please email works@ohioffa.org. Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year will be open January - July 2024. While the program is in its second year of the pilot phase, the Ohio FFA Foundation will be accepting a limited number of companies. First preference will be given to current sponsors of the Ohio FFA Foundation.

Program Timeline

Jan. 1, 2024 - Student application closes
Jan. 1 – 15, 2024 - Ohio FFA Works top match filter process (we’ll match students and companies based on applications and interest.)
Jan. 15, 2024 - Companies receive applicants and top match candidate information
Jan. 15 – March 15, 2024 - Companies interview and extend offers as they see fit
May 2024 - Hired students recognized at the Ohio FFA Convention
June 2024 - Hired students begin employment (exact start dates will be determined by each company)
