RISE Trainee

Do you plan to enter the work force right after high school? If so check out our RISE FFA career program and become a part of Sunrise University! We are looking to hire full-time employees who will be 2024 graduates and active members of their FFA chapter. Candidates must be creative, out of the box thinkers and have a desire to be successful and evolve their career.
This full-time position will focus on all aspects of the cooperative, and will work alongside fellow employees to grow the success of Sunrise Cooperative customer-owners. This position requires a four-year commitment. The first two years will be spent rotating through different divisions learning about Sunrise Cooperative. Following the introductory two years, the individual will be evaluated and placed into a position based on their interest/expertise for the remainder of their commitment at Sunrise. At the end of the four-year commitment, the individual will be assessed to determine their future with Sunrise. The deadline to apply for this position is March 15, 2024.
Program Benefits:
Compensation: $18 per hour starting pay

Eligible for a $1,000 signing bonus after 6 months
Top RISE Trainee new hire receives year a one year old Jeep truck
Chapter donation: $1,000 to top new hire RISE Trainee’s FFA chapter and $250 to all additional new hire RISE Trainees’ FFA chapters
Additional Information: One individual chosen for this position will receive a signing bonus of a Jeep Gladiator truck. The home chapter of the truck recipient will receive $1,000 to help enhance their local FFA program.
