FFA members know that the best way to learn is to do. The Ohio FFA Works program was created for high school seniors who prefer to continue to learn by doing after graduation.

Inspired by the RISE FFA Career Program developed in coordination with Sunrise Cooperative, the Ohio FFA Foundation has partnered with various companies to offer even more agricultural employment opportunities to FFA members.

Graduating seniors looking to earn a competitive wage close to home, learn in a hands-on environment, and jump-start their careers after graduation should apply for these full-time positions. Members will be able to apply to multiple outstanding employment opportunities through one application. 

Program Timeline

• Jan. 1, 2024 - Student application closes

• Jan. 15, 2024 - Companies receive applicants and top match candidate information 

• Jan. 15 – March 15, 2024 - Companies interview and extend offers as they see fit

• May 2024 - Hired students recognized at the Ohio FFA Convention

• June 2024 - Students begin work
