Apprentice Applicator
Employment Locations by County: Butler, Darke, Franklin, Licking, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Muskingum, Pickaway, Preble, Ross
The purpose of this position is to safely apply products to a wide range of crops and sites, while operating and maintaining company equipment. This includes building and maintaining customer relations through expert application of crop protection and fertilizer products; providing feedback to customers and location managers, on weeds, insects or fertility problems that are identified during application.

$20.53+ per hour

Additional Information: There will be hands-on training offered to hires. CDL is preferred, but not required. If you do not have a CDL, Co-Alliance will pay for you to get your CDL.
Required Qualifications: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, Valid Driver's License - with acceptable driving record, Ability to pass a drug screen and/or background check
Driver/Operations

The purpose of this position is to act as a general backup to the Applicators. This role will engage in a range of responsibilities including general lot maintenance, receiving, and delivering product, grounds maintenance and equipment compliance.

We start our Drivers at $20.53+ per hour

Additional Information: If you do not have a CDL, Co-Alliance will pay for it and hire you as a Driver Trainee. Once you obtain your CDL, Co-Alliance will move you to a Driver/Operations position.
